Plain sentences about what donate.fun does and does not promise. Using the site means you accept them.
What the site does
donate.fun lets you launch a coin on pump.fun that names a creator on Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok or X Money. The coin is created by the donate.fun dev wallet. 100% of the creator rewards pump.fun pays for that coin are donated to the named creator, off chain, by donate.fun.
The creator is not verified
donate.fun does not check that the creator exists, that the handle belongs to who you think, or that the creator agrees to receive anything. Anyone can launch a coin for anyone. A creator who does not want a coin launched for them can write to whyarethis3r@gmail.com and the fund for that coin can be cancelled.
Donations are sent at our discretion
The donation of the creator rewards is made by donate.fun off chain, after the rewards are claimed, at donate.fun's discretion and timing. The form it takes depends on the platform and on what the platform allows on the day. No amount, date or outcome is promised. pump.fun sets and can change the reward schedule. Every payout that is made is recorded on the coin page.
The fee
The launch fee is 0.05 SOL and is paid to the donate.fun dev wallet. It is not refundable once the coin is live. If the coin is not created after three attempts, the fee is kept aside and refunded by hand to the wallet that paid it.
Third parties
pump.fun and Phantom are third parties with their own terms. donate.fun does not control them, does not run a market, and does not buy or sell coins for anyone. Trading a coin can lose all of its value. Nothing on the site is investment advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you name a coin, for the image you upload and for the handle you enter. Do not launch coins that impersonate, harass or infringe on anyone. donate.fun can hide a coin from its pages or cancel its fund when that happens. The coin itself lives on pump.fun and cannot be removed by donate.fun.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. It can be paused, changed or shut down at any time. donate.fun is not liable for losses from using it, from pump.fun, from Phantom, or from a payout that a platform refuses or reverses.
